A good charging stop right after exiting the madness of Chennai, used it to top up XEV 9E. Well marked parking bays for the EV. Only drawback is that max rate limited to 30kW. Since we also had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant, it wasn't a problem. Otherwise we would have wasted 30+ extra time topping up. Hope the CZ and the hotel team could consider upgrading to higher charging speeds in the near future.

I used this charger recently. Though I had trouble initially scanning the QR code and charging, the customer care team was really helpful over the call. They restarted the charging station remotely, and it started working after that. Kudos to the customer care team.
